CANCELLATION POLICY

At Raven’s Nest Salon, we understand life happens. To ensure that we can provide exceptional service to every guest, we kindly ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy. 1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or in the case of a no-show, may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service price. 2. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your appointment to accommodate the next guest. If your delay exceeds 30 minutes, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the cancellation fee may apply. 3. Deposits and Refunds A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. 4. If you need to cancel on short notice due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We review exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
